There are destinations we remember for their beauty. And then there are those that, even for a little while, change our pace entirely.
For Sasha Fuks, Greece belongs firmly to the latter.
The light, the sea, the food and the unmistakable ease of Mediterranean life create something far more meaningful than a beautiful backdrop. They offer a sense of freedom — a chance to slow down, reconnect and see things differently.

BEAUTY BEYOND THE IMAGE
Sasha’s creative path began with a natural love for fashion and beautiful places. Over time, however, what started as an aesthetic pursuit became something far more personal.
For her, creating an image is no longer only about what looks beautiful. It is also about what that image can make someone feel.
“Through my work, I want women to feel inspired to dream bigger, choose themselves and create a life that genuinely reflects who they are.”
Travel has played an essential role in shaping that perspective.
Each destination has introduced her to a different interpretation of beauty, gradually making her personal style more instinctive and her sense of identity more defined.
“Every place has shown me a different kind of beauty. Travel has made my style more intuitive and my identity stronger. The more of the world I see, the more connected I feel to myself.”
It is perhaps this combination of curiosity and self-awareness that gives her visual world its sense of ease: polished, but never overly constructed.
GREECE, AS A FEELING
When the conversation turns to Greece, Sasha does not describe it simply as another favourite destination.
For her, Greece is a feeling.
“Greece is one of my favorite summer destinations and it feels like freedom. The sun, the sea, the food and the slower rhythm of life bring me back to myself. Everything feels lighter there.”
That sense of lightness is also present throughout the editorial created in Crete.
At Nalu Resort & Spa, it was not one particular architectural detail or view that stayed with her, but the overall serenity of the setting.
“The serenity. The light, water and architecture felt completely in harmony. I let the atmosphere guide the shoot, which made the images feel effortless and alive.”
There is a quiet dialogue between the setting and the fashion: bold silhouettes against water, strong colour against soft Mediterranean light, movement balanced by stillness.
The location does not compete with the story. It becomes part of it.
STRENGTH & SOFTNESS
The visual language of the editorial moves naturally between strength and softness — two qualities Sasha does not see as opposites.
Instead, she considers them part of the same identity.
“I know what I want and I have strong standards, but I also value femininity and vulnerability. I don’t believe a woman has to choose between the two.”
That duality translates effortlessly into the images.
There is confidence without rigidity, femininity without fragility, and elegance without the need for excess.
It is a contemporary interpretation of female strength — one that allows space for both certainty and sensitivity.
THE NEW LANGUAGE OF HOSPITALITY
For someone who travels frequently, a memorable hotel stay is rarely defined by beautiful design alone.

For Sasha, it is the human connection.
“It’s definitely a personal approach. Greek hospitality feels warm, personal and genuine. You never feel like just another guest.”
It is an observation that captures one of the qualities that continues to distinguish Greek hospitality: the ability to create a sense of intimacy without losing refinement.
The same idea of authenticity also shapes the way Sasha approaches collaborations with hotels and brands.
“I only collaborate with places and brands I genuinely connect with. I respect their identity, but tell the story through my own perspective — through wellness, sense of style and positivity. That balance is what makes the content feel authentic.”
In a world where destinations are photographed, shared and consumed almost instantly, that balance has become increasingly important.
The most compelling travel storytelling is no longer simply about presenting a beautiful place. It is about finding an individual point of view within it.
NEXT STOP: PAROS
Despite her connection with Greece, there are still places Sasha has yet to discover.
One island in particular remains on her list.
Paros.
And she already has a clear vision of what that journey might look like.
“I would love to discover Paros. I imagine a cinematic story with warm light, white architecture, the sea and a strong sense of freedom. Minimal, feminine and effortless.”
Three words that could just as easily describe the visual language of this editorial — and perhaps Sasha’s own approach to travel.
Minimal. Feminine. Effortless.
Because ultimately, the most memorable journeys are not necessarily the loudest ones. Sometimes they are simply the places that allow us to return to ourselves.
And when asked to complete one final sentence, Sasha finds perhaps the most fitting definition of all:
“Greece, to me, is the freedom to slow down, reconnect with myself and fall in love with life again and again.”
